The Ultimate KZN Hilux Front Mount Kit!
The neatest most direct pipework fully custom made to specifically suit this vehicle (no universal pipework with 10+ silicone joiners) boasting a big 450x300 intercooler mounted up high for great airflow and efficiency.
What is included
These are a full kit so these will come with the following.
- 450 x 300 bar and plate intercooler - 2.5" inlet and outlet.
- 3mm alloy laser cut and folded intercooler brackets
- All bolts, hardware and nutserts
-Quality silicone joiners to connect it up
-Quality USA made worm drive hose clamps
- Throttle body adaptor (cable or electric)
- 2.5" stainless intercooler piping (fully purge and tig welded with bead rolled ends to unsure no silicones piping off under boost)
These coolers are a really I think simple kit to fit. All they require is the 2 holes drilled/cut into the rad support and a simple modification to the a/c hard line bracket.
The back side of the grille does need to be clearanced to suit because of the size of the cooler, however the whole front face stays nicely on tact.
The bonnet latch support bracket gets removed but the latch gets tied back into the intercooler so it's not flopping around
2 nut-serts need to be put into the lower rad support for the lower bracket, if you don't have a nut-sert gun there are other ways around that.
Both drivers and passenger side intercooler pipes are made in 2 pieces for ease of install and maintenance. They are connected by just a straight silicon joiner.
Stainless 2.5" cooler piping for great flow and durability.
Nice and direct pipework
These kits are for the facelift models only! The brackets and cooler won't fit the pre facelift models.
If you have a pre facelift bullbar on your facelift model this kit WILL NOT work without cutting the bullbar so please ensure you have a facelift model bullbar.
For facelift models you will need approx 115mm of room between the a/c condenser fins and back of the winch if you are running one.
ARB Bull bars do require minor trimming from the back of the mount to provide clearance for the silicone joiners
Fitment will vary from different brands of bull bars, if you are running an aftermarket winch cradle in your bull bar I can not guarantee fitment. I have confirmed fitment of these kits with factory bull bar (no winch) and a facelift ARB bull bar with a winch.

Ln106/Ln107 Hilux 4” Stainless snorkel & Airbox combo
Snorkel is made out of 4” 316 marine grade stainless steel and designed to sit as close to the body lines as possible for sleek fitment. This variant of snorkel has been made around covering up the plastic safari snorkel holes. As well as the added benefit of also using the safari mounting holes in the pillar. These snorkels also sit a little bit wider off the pillar so should work with sun visors/ lightbar mounts. All snorkels come with guard cut template and mounting hardware. Available in raw stainless or powder coated gloss black, if you would like a custom colour than please select custom colour and leave your colour preference in the order notes
Airboxs are made out of 2.5mm alloy, laser cut for precision than folded in house, tig welded with 3, 4mm alloy mounting points including a rubber mounting point. 4” inlet and 3” outlet. NEW 10mm laser cut Perspex lid with laser etched logo. Also with a NEW single piece 4mm Neoprene rubber gasket seal, including a weld on Allen key water drain bung.
These fit most standard 6” pod filters available and are supplied with a filter ready to go or the option to upgrade to a UniFilter custom induction pod for the ultimate protection against dust.
These combos come with the silicone joiner and hose clamps to plumb up the snorkel to the airbox as well as all necessary hardware
The snorkels do require relocating/ remounting of the am/fm aerial. Whilst not necessary when making stainless snorkels on these models i choose to remount them in order to keep the snorkel in as close and matching the body lines as much as possible

1KZ Hilux throttle body adaptor 4 bolt - EGR Blanked
8mm alloy laser cut flange, 2.5” outlet, bead rolled end, tig welded internally and externally, machined flat after welding to ensure optimal seal, new hardware included.
These will suit the earlier 1KZ model Hilux, Hilux Surf with a cable/ mechanical throttle that have the small EGR butterfly in the intake manifold.
IFS Hub spacers, these are needed when doing a wide-track conversion on your solid axle Hilux. When using the wider model ifs hubs to increase your track width these allow your to run the factory ln106 rotors spacing them back into the correct position. Precision machined out of 1045gr steel and tapped to suit the supplied 12.9 grade bolts for the ultimate strength
