The neatest most direct pipework fully custom made to specifically suit this vehicle (no universal pipework with 10+ silicone joiners) boasting a big 450x300 intercooler mounted up high for great airflow and efficiency.
What is included
These are a full kit so these will come with the following.
- 450 x 300 bar and plate intercooler - 2.5" inlet and outlet.
- 3mm alloy laser cut and folded intercooler brackets
- All bolts, hardware and nutserts
-Quality silicone joiners to connect it up
-Quality USA made worm drive hose clamps
- Throttle body adaptor (cable or electric)
- 2.5" stainless intercooler piping (fully purge and tig welded with bead rolled ends to unsure no silicones piping off under boost)
These coolers are a really I think simple kit to fit. All they require is the 2 holes drilled/cut into the rad support and a simple modification to the a/c hard line bracket.
The grille on the pre-facelift models does require to be cut
The bonnet latch support bracket gets removed but the latch gets tied back into the intercooler bracket so it's not flopping around
2 nut-serts need to be put into the lower rad support for the lower bracket, if you don't have a nut-sert gun there are other ways around that.
Both drivers and passenger side intercooler pipes are made in 2 pieces for ease of install and maintenance. They are connected by just a straight silicon joiner.
Stainless 2.5" cooler piping for great flow and durability.

If you have a pre facelift bullbar it will require cutting of the bull bar and griile. it will not be compatible with a winch unless you are running a facelift model bull bar than it will work with most bar/ winch combos
For intercooler clearance you will need approx 115mm of room between the a/c condenser fins and back of the winch if you are running a winch
