Hilux Universal Extended Shock Tower

The perfect solution to getting some longer shocks in the front of your solid axle Hilux.

Fabricated from 3mm mild steel, double folded and dimple dyed for added strength with a 6mm top welded on, whilst trying to keep them as close to a “factory” look as possible.

These will sit under the inner guard and not protrude into the engine bay with the added benefit of being approx. 4” taller than the factory towers. I have successfully used these in LN65, Ln106 and also in solid axle swapped LN167 so are quite universal.

These can accommodate a wide variety of longer shocks however your best bet for perfect shock fitment is to get these installed and measure up to suit your setup/ bump stop height.

These will require welding to the chassis they are not a bolt on accessory

Due to these fitting under the the inner guard they do lean out of the chassis further than the stock towers. Depending on wheel offset, wheel size, track width, wheel travel ect this can result in the tyre rubbing on the shock under full articulation. It is best to tack these in place and flex test it with your set-up before completely welding out the towers on.

The shock tower is universal and can easily be trimmed to adjust the angle of the tower but please note the more angle you take out will result in having to trim the inner guard to fit.
